The PTU is for people who rent (or would like to rent) in Portland, Maine who have:
- questions about tenants rights
- concerns about safety & habitability of housing
- concerns about the affordability of housing
- concerns about the supply of available safe & affordable housing
- interest in developing the Portland Tenants Union
- any other tenants issues, questions, or concerns
